Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga @ Crux Sport & Spine

A 45-minute gentle yoga practice designed specifically to build strength and find relief in pregnant and early postpartum bodies. We will work on mobility, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.

The intention of this offering is to try out a new space at Crux Sport & Spine, so this one-time event is offered at a discounted rate. Space is limited to the first 5 people who sign up.

If you are a postpartum participant, non-mobile babies are welcome to join you in class.

What to Bring/Wear

Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks. I highly recommend a set of blocks even if you don't normally use them in a vinyasa yoga class as they are a big component of safely practicing prenatal yoga. If you do not have your own, you can contact me for a small rental fee, and I will be placing orders soon if you want to purchase them through me at a discount. Dress in whatever you can comfortably move in.
