Kirsten is a lifelong yoga student and is infinitely grateful for moments when she can share what she is learning with others. She believes in the healing power of yoga for the body, mind, and heart. Kirsten typically teaches slow flow yoga classes that are accessible to all levels, always offering variations based on who is in the class or requested focus areas. As she likes to tell people who say they can’t do yoga: “If you have a body, if you can breathe, you can do yoga.” Originally from Michigan, Kirsten is now a nomad, traveling and sharing the practice of yoga and studying when and where she can.

My Wild Women Membership asks you to start small and just commit 15 minutes a week! These small steps build trust within, help you discover what brings you joy, and build self-confidence.

The Wild Women Membership includes access to an online site with yoga, meditation, and breathwork videos; weekly emails with one journal prompt and one rewilding activity for just 15 minutes a week; a monthly yoga class on Zoom designed for the women in the program; and a community of like-minded women who are all learning and growing together.

We can do sessions 1:1 together in person or online for either 1 or 1.5 hours. We can do one session, or have a consistent schedule every week.

Studio yoga classes are amazing, but they are never going to be catered to your unique needs. Yoga is such a personal practice, and it’s my passion to help you find a yoga practice that aligns with your needs physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. During our first session, we will chat about your goals and how we can get you there. I’ll show you movement and breathwork that helps you achieve those goals. I can also recommend practices for you to take home with you.

This signature Wild Brave Yoga program is 14 weeks long. You’ll commit to a few hours a week to go through the trainings, complete the readings, and spend time in reflection through journaling. The more time you put in, the more results you’ll see! It can be a big time commitment, but I promise you that you’re worth it.
