Yoga studio classes are beautiful, but they are never going to match your unique needs because of the group component. When we work together 1:1 (in-person or online), we can design a practice that meets all your goals physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m passionate about helping every woman know that she CAN do yoga, even if she doesn’t feel like she’s flexible or strong. We will discuss your specific goals and get you on a path to achieve them together. Private sessions range from 1-1.5 hours and $80 - $150. Ready for a fully-integrated self-love journey to reclaim your WILD and start living for you? In my signature 14-week course, I’ll work with you one on one to help you reach your unique goals. You’ll create a lasting yoga practice designed to meet your needs physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
