Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Hive Therapy in St. George. Limited space, so sign-up is required.

Prenatal yoga is proven to:

  • reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep

  • strengthen and increase flexibility in muscles needed for childbirth,

  • decrease lower back pain, carpal tunnel, headaches, shortness of breath,

  • maintain mobility and strength,

  • and create bonds with other expecting mothers for support.
