Prenatal yoga every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Hive Therapy in St. George. Limited space, so sign-up is required.
Prenatal yoga is proven to:
reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep
strengthen and increase flexibility in muscles needed for childbirth,
decrease lower back pain, carpal tunnel, headaches, shortness of breath,
maintain mobility and strength,
and create bonds with other expecting mothers for support.
