A 45-minute gentle yoga practice designed specifically to build strength and find relief in pregnant and early postpartum bodies. We will work on mobility, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.
The intention of this offering is to try out a new space at Crux Sport & Spine, so this one-time event is offered at a discounted rate. Space is limited to the first 5 people who sign up.
If you are a postpartum participant, non-mobile babies are welcome to join you in class.
